Oh man, it's -22 out there. I am never leaving John's house ever again. In other news, I forgot about the Canadian luxury of actually insulating and heating houses properly.

John wants to go swimming today. I could use the exercise (I'm losing my cheekbones again) but am not sure I want to venture outside, let alone venture outside with wet hair. Get me back on that plane!
